Ann Best Hall

Born in Muncie, Indiana to the late Boyd and Helen Best, Ann went on to move to Michigan where she worked at Ford Motor company for 30 years until retirement. Working for Ford Ann met her husband Bob after work on May 19, 1979 at the Topper Lounge in Dearborn. Not long after they were married at the First Presbyterian Church in Dearborn. When they both were able to retire, they moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and began their adventures traveling the world. She and Bob traveled to 53 countries as part of a local travel club, a couple of the highlights of their travels being their trip to the Soviet Union and the African safari they went on in Kenya. They commonly would go skiing in Colorado and on their trips back to Michigan when they would go “up north.” When she was at home in Florida, they would go on long walks and frequented the yacht club where they both were members.

Beloved wife of John “Bob” Hall for 37 years. Dear mom of Kim (Ken) Mench, Duane (June) Hall, Tracy Marlyne, Greg Hall, Helen “Gayle” (Mike) George, and Stephen (Theresa) Hall. Cherished grandma of Jennifer (Danny), Michael, Ryan (Andrea), Tatum (Josh), Travis, and Kaylie. Loving great-grandma of Adelyn, Jacob, Jack, and on one the way. Loving sister of the late John (the late Maryanne).

Visitation Sunday, May 22nd from 2pm until 6pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren. Funeral Service Monday at 12pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. Burial to take place at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan.
